Baby Shower

On the 10th I had a baby shower. My aunt Marcelle and my two cousins Candace and Lindsey threw a shower for me. The shower was put together so nice. The nursery theme is jungle/safari. They had stuffed animals on the tables as center pieces. The also found the cute muffins tins to put mints and candy in. The other day Hayden and I made muffins and used theme. We played a few games and they made me really think! I loved how everything had something to do with the theme. The had paper lanterns hung up, which now are hanging in the nursery above the rocking chair. The food was great. I loved all the sandwiches and the salad with the raspberry dressing. The cake icing was so yummy. On the cake there were a few animals which now are on the babies dresser. I got a lot of big items for the shower which I needed. It was so nice to have a party and not have to arrange anything. Different family members were there so it was nice to catch up and visit. Hayden came with me and he enjoyed it. He got a box of presents and that was his favorite part. It was so funny when he was reading who it was to. After the shower it put me in go mode. So over spring break I worked a lot on the nursery.
