Rodeo Fun

I have been MIA for a few weeks...let's chalk it down to a busy schedule and life!! So here we go with back tracking.... Over spring break we went to the Rodeo. We had a lot of fun but it was also very exhausting. Hayden loved it and we spent a lot of time at the carnival which he enjoyed. He also got to hold a piglet that was only a few days old. On the tv commercial for the rodeo he saw the pig races so that was a must have for him. I was able to get cheap tickets from school so it was worth it. I think this is something we will do every year. We didn't spend a lot of time with the animals so I think next year we will spend a majority of the time there. Hayden loved these little obstacle courses they had. He must of went through them 5 or 6 times. They also had these big slides that you ride down and he loved that. The last thing he did at the carnival was the rock wall. He tried really hard but only went up half ways, but he was very tired! He was such a trooper there was a lot of walking and he didn't complain. We had to discuss the port a potty situation because he wasn't quite sure what to think about it and couldn't seem to understand why there wasn't a sink and where no way to flush. After the rodeo we had to come home and look up and discuss farm animals.
